Mysterious Lost Continent Found In The Indian Ocean ★★★

A mysterious lost continent has been found sitting under the island of Mauritius in the Indian ocean. Geologists are calling the continent "Mauritia,"  it formed part of present-day Madagascar and India.
It is thought that it was part of the gigantic supercontinent Gondwana, which broke up to become Antarctica, Africa, Australia and South America.
It was suggested by the lead researcher Lewis Ashwal of the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa that many more pieces of the continent lie under the Indian ocean.
